“I have always believed that the deepest passions are those that can change people’s lives and, consequently, the whole world. Among my many passions, I had (and still have) one that stood out: medical science.
I pursued my studies driven by an insatiable curiosity, a desire for knowledge that has never left me. At 26, shortly after graduating, I began working as a doctor. But soon, I found myself at a crossroads: my parents were approaching retirement, and it seemed like no one could take the baton from such a long-standing company, rich in tradition.
Suddenly, memories of afternoons spent studying flooded my mind: books and pencils resting on a pile of leather turned into a makeshift desk. My concentration, like a tightrope walker, always searching for balance between the sounds of machinery and craftsmen’s chatter.
Childhood games amidst leather rolls and those off-limits tools that immediately became essential elements of my fantasies. A world of knowledge that would have been lost, preserved only in my childhood memories.
It was passion that led me to a nearly subversive decision: I chose to leave medical practice, turning it into a special interest I still love and nurture through personal study, reading, and contemplation.
That’s how I decided to take the wheel of that small craft company.”

In 2018, Samuel Lab was born: our in-house lab dedicated to developing certified binding agents—a crucial asset in attracting major brands and meeting their specific needs.
Suddenly, our horizons expanded as national and international companies began seeking us out for customized solutions for their projects in fashion, automotive, design, and the nautical industry.
The company’s leap forward is accompanied by my commitment to enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our team.”

“Driven by my passion for technology, I chose to implement domotics to automate processes, streamlining workflow and enhancing safety, productivity, and job satisfaction. Additionally, I invested in the development of a custom management software to track the entire supply chain—from raw materials to final lots, from processes to binding agents.
Driven by my love for nature, I am committed to “think green”. Today, we harness energy from a roof-mounted photovoltaic system that powers all our operations. We contribute to environmental preservation through a comprehensive waste disposal and recycling system. Moreover, our workplace is kept healthy and comfortable with advanced MVS and air purification systems.
Looking back, the passion that drove me as a child and later as a fresh graduate has grown alongside me. It has transformed into something different, like only positive energy can. This passion began generating ideas and has never stopped—it’s inexhaustible.
